Having spent five successful years in the FCA's Culture team within Supervision, Olivia is now spearheading TCC's culture division and our Hemisphere analytics solution. During Olivia's tenure at the FCA, she developed and led the FCA’s Transforming Culture initiative. Here she engaged directly with financial services firms, helping to embed healthy, sustainable cultures across the industry. This included leading CultureSprints, webinars and roundtables, and the publication of the FCA’s Transforming Culture Discussion Papers.
Olivia will be chairing the discussion and sharing her unique perspective on why diversity and inclusion are such important parts of any culture strategy.
Georgina has extensive enforcement experience across all areas of
financial services including dispute resolution through settlement and mediation,
involving a range of financial services firms.
Since January 2021, she has acted as Senior Adviser, Public Sector Equality Duty at the FCA. She has previously held several senior roles at the FCA including Chief Operating Officer, Acting Director of Enforcement and Market Oversight, and Director of Strategy and Delivery in the Enforcement and Financial Crime Division.
During this time, Georgina has chaired the International Organisation of Securities Commissions' (IOSCO) Committee on Enforcement and the Exchange of Information and its Screening Group, which assesses applications to sign the Multilateral
Memorandum of Understanding (MMoU). Her committees delivered IOSCO’s credible
deterrence report and the new MMoU. As COO, Georgina chaired the FCA’s Executive Diversity Committee, its Executive Operations Committee and the Public Sector Equality Duty working group.
Georgina is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and Chair of the Stratford Arts Trust which delivers an inclusive and accessible arts programme to East London and beyond.
Dr. Ajit Menon is a business psychologist, consultant and coach with many years of experience consulting to organisations of all sizes and complexities.
He is the co-founder of Blacklight Advisory Ltd, a specialist consultancy that provides organisational consultancy (strategic change, culture and leadership and organisation development) to a diverse range of global clients. Over his career he has consulted to a range of organisations from banks, media, insurance, private equity to criminal justice and government.
Ajit has also has been visiting faculty on organisation development and consultancy at the London School of Economics and the Tavistock and Portman trust.
Kate’s work primarily involves designing and testing empirically grounded behavioural interventions with member firms to improve their culture.
Prior to joining the FSCB, Kate worked for the FCA’s behavioural economics and data science team, specialising in research relating to organisational behaviour. Kate holds an MSc in Cognitive and Decision Sciences, a BSc in Experimental Psychology and is also an alumnus of the Teach First graduate programme.
