Olivia Fahy (ex-FCA culture lead)

Straight out the FCA’s Culture Team within Supervision, Olivia is now spearheading TCC's culture division and our Hemisphere analytics solution. Olivia will be sharing her unique insights into how you can transform your culture effectively.

In Olivia's five-year tenure at the FCA, she developed and led the FCA’s Transforming Culture initiative. This included leading CultureSprints, webinars and roundtables, and the publication of the FCA’s Transforming Culture Discussion Papers.

Dr. Roger Miles (leading academic)

Dr Roger Miles researches human-factor risks among regulated financial providers worldwide, helping steer their responses to new conduct regulations and culture audits. We'll be drawing on Roger’s academic and industry experience to give you an understanding of how other businesses have successfully navigated culture change.

Roger’s research centres around language analytics and specialist ‘sensitive topic research’ techniques to identify previously unvoiced concerns. This research powers the design of frameworks for human-factor risk indicators and reports, encouraging culture and conduct transformation and embedding spontaneous best practice in risk reporting. He lectures as a visiting SME at business schools in Cambridge and London, and at UK Defence Academy; and moderates cross-industry working groups for Board appointees, Compliance, Legal and HR professionals.

Lorraine Mouat (TCC Associate Director)

Lorraine has over 20 years' experience in the industry, both in consulting and in-house compliance roles.

For the past five years, Lorraine has been helping financial services businesses connect the dots between compliance and culture. Experienced in developing practical conduct and culture risk assessment frameworks for our clients, Lorraine has a deep understanding of how culture can support business success. She'll be sharing best practice she's seen across the industry.

Laurie Parma (Behavioural Scientist & Head of Labs)

Neuropsychologist by training, Laurie spent 3 years at the University of Cambridge where she researched behavioural science and well-being. Now Head of Labs at our technology partner, Temporall, she applies interdisciplinary methods from social sciences, data science and system thinking to solve complex organisational problems.
